SimpleRead is an educational platform that transforms books and texts into multimodal narrative experiences combining images, narration and accessible design to facilitate reading comprehension.

3. User Account

To fully use our services, you will need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• Restricting access to your account
• All activities performed under your account

You agree to notify SimpleRead immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content made available on the SimpleRead platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images and software, is the property of SimpleRead or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws.

By using our service to transform third-party content, you confirm that you have rights to use that content or that it is in the public domain.

5. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Interfere with the proper functionality of the service
• Share your access credentials with third parties

• Restriction: request restricted processing by contacting us
• Objection: opt out of analytics cookies at any time via the cookie banner
• Withdraw consent: revoke analytics consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing

7. Use by Minors

SimpleRead is intended for educational use in school settings. Students under 16 (or the applicable age of digital consent in their country) should only use the platform under the supervision of a parent, guardian, or school.
